We placed an order for a very specific pattern print on a specific fabric, and were told it could be done. Products shipped to us in a timely manner but several of the products were poor quality (stains and marks) and contained errors (upside down shirt tags). When asking this supplier what could be done to make it right, we were given nothing but apologies- no solutions.
